A: The BILLIONS LIFTER® electric glass vacuum lifter is equipped with a dual-circuit vacuum system and a vacuum storage reservoir. In the event of battery failure or power loss, check valves automatically seal the suction cups, holding vacuum for a guaranteed period, typically over 20 minutes. An audio-visual alarm activates immediately, giving the operator plenty of time to lower the glass safely or secure it.
Q4: How long does the 24V battery last? Can it work while charging?
A: Battery life depends on usage frequency and load. Under continuous full-load 1500kg cycling, a fully charged battery can last over half a workday; with lighter loads or intermittent use, it often lasts a full day. The smart charger supports fast charging. We do not recommend using the lifter while connected to the charger for safety. Optional extended battery packs are available from BILLIONS LIFTER to meet longer shifts.
